| Emirates is based in the United Arab Emirates and specifically in the emirate of Dubai. |

| Etihad Airways is also based in the UAE but specifically in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. |

| Lastly, Qatar Airways is based in Qatar in the capital city of Doha. Rapidly expanding Turkish Airlines would like to be represented too and turn it into the ME4 but that hasn't happened so far. |
