| One of the few vacant spots available for rent in Disney Springs is this spot on the West Side where Something Silver was located. Ample Hills Dairy was slated for the spot prior to them filing for bankruptcy. To our knowledge, it remains unspoken for. |

Concert Report: Sundown Sundays (The Patio)

| DJ Dominick Morrison (USA) won't be playing at EPCOT: China for New Years Eve this year since Disney is closing early but last night the former Mannequins' DJ blew up The Patio for the weekly "Sundown Sundays" event. DS Update: West Side Action

| Checking out construction action at Disney Springs West Side! Looking down this narrow corridor behind the theater and beside Splitsville, the upcoming Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew. |

| We looked inside their open door and construction was largely finished and equipment seemed to be mostly in place. So it looks like it should open soon. Hot glazed donuts will be popular any time of day but the location to get noticed by passersby could be problematic. |
 |
| Construction continues on the new M&M store which has pushed its opening into 2021. |
 |
| The new store will be much more visible since it's on the main pathway through the West Side. |
 |
| The Disney Springs store replaces the Florida Mall store which closed at the end of August. |

PI Update: Gideon's Bakehouse Opens!

| When we took this photo earlier this week, we didn't know just how close we were to Gideon's Bakehouse opening. It opened Wednesday just in time for Christmas Eve! |

| With period decor that reminds me a bit of Harry Potter, passersby won't fail to notice the place like they did with predecessors Rustic Cuff and Erwin Pearl Jewelry! The venue is located on Pleasure Island at The Hub where PI Live Bar used to stand. |

Club Report: Delta Sky Club @ LAX

| This past weekend a couple people asked me if I went to any clubs during my week-prior visit to Los Angeles. Actually, all bars and clubs in California are currently closed due to covid19. So I never really left LAX during my visit. But I guess I did visit a club of sorts: the Delta Sky Club. |

| It was pretty empty during my 10PM and later visit but it was good for a couple free packs of pretzels and a Coke. A good time was had by all. Merry Christmas! |

PI Update: Our Clubs Over The Holidays

| Let's cross this bridge one more time to beautiful Pleasure Island to check out the clubs over these upcoming year-end holiday weeks! |

| Immediately on our left after crossing the bridge, the amazing Adventurers Club. If you're in the area come on in to see if there will be any Library shows this year. You know the Colonel will be there waiting for you. Kungaloosh! |

| Walking further down Hill Street and hanging a right at The Hub, you'll find Mannequins Dance Palace. Although the holidays bring large crowds to Disney World, I always found Mannequins to be kind of dead those last two weeks of the year since the majority of those crowds were families rather than singles or couples. Don't come here on NYE this year as there won't be any fireworks! |

| There will be plenty of 70's & 80's fun though at 8TRAX so be sure to come here for a visit too. All three of these clubs remain standing even if Motion, Rock'N'Roll Beach Club and Comedy Warehouse were razed. There's still fun to be had on beautiful Pleasure Island. |
