| The Missing Link Sausage Company that is. It was located along Hill Street directly across from the upstairs doors of Mannequins. It was a fast food restaurant, or as Disney liked to call it, a "quick serve" restaurant. The smell of burgers grilling around midnight filled the air and invited hunger. They typically closed around 1AM so we'd like to go there just before then to get a bag of french fries to soak-up the drinks. So good! The building was heavily renovated to become the full service restaurant Paradiso 37. |
