Club Reports: Oliv Bar, Bikkuri Lounge, The Wildflower

Saturday night in the city and we began our hunt for adventure at Oliv Bar.

The bar was busy.

The central seating area was busy too. Just no one dancing at this early hour.

DJ Freeda Sol (USA) was last night's opener.

She began with a slower melodic sort of non-vocal House and picked-up the pace with faster vocal House towards the end of her set.

Iron Cow resident DJ Lola B (USA) came on next.

She would continue with the House vibes. Too bad so few here to enjoy it.

The building says "Sticky Rice" outside but dance club Bikkuri Lounge is located inside.

Didn't know what to expect but we climbed the stairs and walked into this!

Monkey Bar resident DJ Dity (USA) was in the booth when we arrived.

He was playing a fast-paced House set.

The dance floor here had a crowd.

We have been to Bikkuri numerous times over the years but mostly for Trance events.

Joining DJ Dity in the booth at the conclusion of his set, DJ Mr. Nukem (UAE).

DJ Nina S (USA) would take over next at midnight.

House music all night long.

Dance floor was bouncing.

This event is called "Lovestruck" and it takes place "about" every two months but apparently no regular schedule.

Such a fun event!

The Orlando Naval Training Center was decommissioned and demolished during the 1990's and the land ceded over to the City of Orlando. It ultimately became the ritzy Baldwin Park neighborhood with its own mini-downtown. And one of the many businesses there was our final stop The Wildflower.

Although one large room, it's separated into two halves with this craft cocktail bar up front.

And this faux door separating the two halves.

DJ Scot Marc (USA) opening it and welcoming us inside.

And we walked into this!

The talented DJ Miraxy (USA) was in the booth during our visit.

House music when we first arrived and then after 1AM going more Downtempo.
Dance floor pretty jammed.

Looks like one of those City of Orlando inspectors inspecting.

DJ Girl Grammar (USA) & DJ Canyon (USA) had both played earlier.

Everywhere we went last night, a good time was had by all.
