Club Reports: The Capital Room, Iron Cow

Just in time for the Easter bunny, we began our Friday night in beautiful downtown Sanford at The Capital Room.

We arrived shortly after they opened to find DJ Da Vinci (USA) in the booth playing Progressive Breaks.

 

The DJ's were playing mostly off vinyl last night.

The dance floor was empty at this early hour but a crowd was already building.....

.....on both sides of the room.

Shortly after 11PM, shift change!

The legendary DJ Knightlife (USA) taking over.

Dance floor activity began.

Knightlife got the dance floor bouncing.

Dave Gluskin had played at EDC-Orlando in 2023.

We ran into lots of "peeps" from the Orlando breaks scene.

Including DJ Johnny Park (USA), spotted here with Dolly.

We had to leave for our other event but the place was getting jammed.

A good time was had by all.

We next headed to Orlando's Milk District, home to the Iron Cow.

But first we had to get past the Door Hostess Stephanie. She might look all cute and cuddly but she'll stomp your ass with her Doc Martens if you try to sneak-in without paying.

Using the I-4 Express lanes we were able to make it to IC in time to see the tail-end of a back-to-back set from DJ Chad Andrew (D/USA) and DJ Atnarko (USA).

The music mostly on the Progressive side of House.

Club was packed!

House music all night long.

And then at 12:30AM, another legend.....

DJ Three (USA)

Dance floor stayed jammed.

With fog rolling-in around 1AM.
