| One of the reasons they gave us why the Mannequins & 8TRAX buildings could never be torn down is that the power grid for the entire Island was located outside and within that combined structure. Don't know where the power grid is located now within Disney Springs but it did prove to be true: Both Mannequins and 8TRAX were refurbished but never did get demolished. |

| Meanwhile, nearly everyplace else including Motion, Rock'n'Roll Beach Club, BET Soundstage and Comedy Warehouse all did get demolished. |
