| This venue at the corner of Orange Avenue and Central Blvd. has been home to several unsuccessful restaurant concepts over the years but now a Taco Bell Cantina is coming here. Basically it's a Taco Bell that serves beer. |

| The CenterState Bank building on Orange Avenue has been undergoing heavy renovations including taking this office section adjacent The Beacham and installing several retail locations. We don't know if any of the locations will feature bars. |
