Club Reports: The Stripper Poles Of Downtown Orlando

Numerous downtown Orlando nightclubs used to have stripper poles but they've apparently gone out of style! Today we remember a few of them. This one was located inside Antigua.

This one was located at Suite B Lounge but was removed when they remodeled and rebranded as Peek Downtown.
Back in the day when The Beacham was Tabu Nightclub, they didn't have a stripper pole but they did have two dance platforms which were popular with the Ladies.
Venue 578 back when it was Firestone had a couple popular poles!
I don't recall Independent Bar ever having a stripper pole per se but this round support beam adjacent the dance floor has often served the same purpose.

Currently downtown, there seems to be a couple poles inside Room 22 (formerly Vintage Lounge). I've never seen anyone using them so they might just be for their employee dancers.
The only definite remaining stripper pole downtown that I'm aware of is this one upstairs at The Office (formerly Stigma). It appears stripper poles have gone the way of glow sticks and you sadly just don't see them much any more.
