| After more than 7 years of construction which included numerous delays, local political intrigue, a bankruptcy and more, the Baha Mar resort has finally opened and it includes a beautiful casino and three hotels. It's located in the Cable Beach area west of Nassau. |

| Competing with the famed Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, I was excited to try something different on this trip to the Bahamas. |

| As this was only a daytime port-of-call rather than an overnight trip, I was not able to check out Bond, the 10,000sf nightclub for the complex. |

| But I had heard that they have DJ's on Friday & Saturday afternoons at the SLS Baha Mar pool. |

| Famous Nassau DJ Selecta J-Mac (BS) was on the decks during my visit. |

| The music was Reggae, classic Top 40 hits and a great House/Dance segment! It wasn't particularly crowded but I was told Fridays are transition days as guests arrive and check-out but it's packed on Saturdays. |

| Great lunch and great drinks and a good time was had by all! |
