DS Update: NBA Experience Announced

The Disney Parks Blog announced today that a new restaurant/attraction called The NBA Experience at Walt Disney World Resort will be joining the lineup at Disney Springs next year.  According to the announcement, "you’ll be able to explore inside the world of professional basketball with numerous interactive experiences and enjoy a restaurant and retail store." Link here.  The announcement curiously follows Universal's announcement of their new sports bar/restaurant in CityWalk called NBC Sports Grill & Brew.  Universal CityWalk currently has a restaurant / interactive attraction called NBA City, slated to close August 31st.  Not sure how NBAE@WDWR will differ except that it will be much larger.  Speculation is that it will occupy the current DisneyQuest space however there is a lot of land beyond House of Blues where this could be built.
