Save Pleasure Island Blog roving reporter Zulemara was on the Island tonight and reports a new development outside Mannequins. In the stock photo above we can see the water main in front of the Mannequins garage door. And as you can see below, a construction "wall" is now built around it.

Do they need a permit to do this kind of work?
The lower right photo shows what is going on within the walled area and it looks more like construction than deconstruction.
I am not aware of any permit pulled for the work they're doing. Haven't seen any permits pulled for Pleasure Island in quite awhile.
