DS Update: Springs Not Bubbling

During our most-recent visit to Disney Springs, we noticed that the springs of Disney Springs weren't bubbling. Typically, there were some spots within the springs where bubbling occurred to indicate these were springs. But there were no bubbles. Don't know if that was just that day or whether the springs bubbling has been turned-off permanently.
