PI Update: Remembering The Missing Link

The Missing Link Sausage Company was located along Hill Street across the sidewalk from the back/upstairs door of Mannequins. While it was a great place for hot dogs and burgers, my visits were generally after 1AM for an order of hot french fries to soak up the alcohol. Disney Burger is pretty much the only burger place currently in Disney Springs (many places sell burgers but in a restaurant format) but it's nothing like the old Missing Link Sausage Company! MLSC closed well before the Pleasure Island clubs closed since the entire building it was in was being refurbished for a future use that had nothing to do with the PI closure. The place reopened as Paradiso 37 and is still there.
