Walt Disney World and Brightline have announced that a train station will be constructed at Walt Disney World at Disney Springs! Brightline currently operates between downtown Miami Central Station and West Palm Beach and is constructing tracks from WPB to Orlando International Airport via Cocoa. They want to extend the construction to Lakeland and Tampa but the new announcement yesterday pertains just to an extension to Disney Springs! There, Disney's existing bus transportation system would allow guests to transfer to any on-property resort and perhaps eliminate Disney's Magical Express bus service from the airport.
