The biggest oil refiner and marketer in the Dubai section of the United Arab Emirates is locally- based Emirates National Oil Company or ENOC. |

| The other major city in the United Arab Emirates is Abu Dhabi which is where the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company or ADNOC is based. |

| Moving over to Greece, EKO is a major retailer of gasoline in the country and is owned by Hellenic Petroleum. |

| Aegean Oil is another major brand in Greece with over 500 stations. |

| Royal Dutch Shell of the Netherlands operates in Greece. The only American brand I saw during this past trip was ESSO which is the Exxon brand outside the United States. That was spotted in Cyprus. |
