PI Update: The Original Boathouse

This was the original concept art for The Boathouse when it was first released. The Blog though was the first to report (in November, 2010) that this corner of the Island would house a "lighthouse type restaurant".  When this art was later released, it confirmed both the restaurant and the lighthouse. But the large 2-story shopping center building itself did not ever come to fruition.

Instead we got this much-smaller single-story restaurant with no shopping other than the restaurant's own logo store.

But we did get the lighthouse!  Monday on the Blog we'll take a look at some other leaked pieces of concept art we published and see how they compare to what was actually delivered!
