Blog reader Troy writes to tell us about a new Pleasure Island pin released by Disney as part of the "Walt Disney World History" series. As you can see, the 3D pin features the Funmeister himself! And as an added bonus, that little bubble contains a small scrap of metal taken from a former Pleasure Island sign! Troy reports that he purchased it at the Trading Post in Magic Kingdom. It's likely available at Pin Traders in Disney Springs too if they're not sold out. Limited Edition 1500. Thanks for sharing, Troy!

Not sure if it's been reported here previously....but a quick search on Ebay also uncovered a pin from the same series dedicated specifically to the Adventurers Club. It contains a fragment of the chandelier from inside the club.
Well kind of a new pin. They released one just like it last year without the bubble/artifact in his hand.
Thanks Troy, got one. Appreciate it!
sorry NOT going to give my money to DISNEY! they got enough! whey they closed PI they closed me!
They did this last year with an Adventurers Club one that contained a piece of the chandelier. I'm assuming we'll see one from Mannequins in the future with a piece of the dance floor?
Or wait, it's still there. Never mind! :-)
