| While there are still a small number of empty storefronts in Town Center, nearly all the land in Disney Springs now has structures on it except two. This plot at the Hub and adjacent Raglan Road of course is spoken for. It will become home to the two-level Wine Bar George which will open late next year. We do see that infrastructure work is now underway. |

| This large plot could hold several new buildings when they're ready to build more. It's located between the new Market Building and the bathroom building across from Planet Hollywood Observatory. There is also land beyond House of Blues but construction out there seems highly unlikely. |
