Back in 1999-2000, singer and DJ Shaggy (JA/USA) had the very first #1 hit of the new century with a song called "It Wasn't Me". The Reggae Fusion song exploded and was part of the rise of Hip Hop and Rap into America's top music genre at the time. This past week the internet website Wunderground reported that after nearly 2 decades, Shaggy has finally admitted that it really was him! Link to article here.
