Nightlife? You can build this monstrosity, not stepping foot on it unless it has nightlife.
Not sure how old the originally posted video was but they do mention, by name, the Boat House restaurant and that name was only released a couple months ago when the construction permit was posted.

Shawn: Interesting that the video was changed to private. I guess it was posted not knowing that everyone could see it.

If the examiner.com video is from the same press conference as the now-private link, it's a year old … March of 2013.
