Checking out the scene on a Friday night in downtown Orlando, beginning with 180 Grey Goose Lounge located atop Amway Center. |
Spotted hanging out with DJ John Campisano (Lattitudes, Red Coconut Club) and DJ Jimmy Joslin (The Groove, Ember, Vixen Bar) were Sarah of The Rollins Girls and Nicole of The Lafayette Girls! |
Chilly night so most people were hanging around inside. The club's name refers to the degrees of view of the city skyline you get from the outdoor balcony portion of the club. |
Elsewhere in the same building an NBA basketball game was taking place between the Orlando Magic and Indiana Pacers. The result wasn't pretty. |
DJ Scotty B (Native Social Bar, The Groove) is the stadium's DJ, playing Top 40, EDM, Hip Hop & Latin. |
You can never go wrong with |
After the game your Magic ticket is good for free entry to Chillers & Latitudes. |
DJ Troy in Chillers playing Top 40 and Hip Hop. |
Just one couple on the dance floor initially. |
An hour or so later it was pretty jammed! |
Latitudes is on the rooftop of the same building as Chillers. |
The music from DJ Scott was all over the place; Top 40, EDM, Reggae, Hip Hop, whatever. |
People dancing in place wherever they happened to be standing. |
The place was crowded though. And people were having a good time! |
Hadn't planned to stop at Ember but the loud sound of Progressive House caught my ear from a block away! |
DJ Alex Wood (Firestone Ignition Thursdays) was responsible for it! |
A bunch of people at the outdoor bar but no one dancing during my visit. |
Inside Ember DJ Adam Wells (Native Social Bar, Dragon Room, Club 23) spinning House. |
With a decent crowd at the inside bar too. And from what I could tell, a good time was had by all! |
