DS Update: Drag Show Coming To The Springs

DS Update: Entertainment At The Springs

| Come with us once again to beautiful Pleasure Island at night! |
 |
| At Waterview Stage (aka the outdoor amphitheater), Drey-C and his Andre Caram Band were performing top hits! In the post-club era, he's a PI original dating back to 2010 when they reinvigorated the Island with the ultra-lounge concept at West End Plaza. |

| The band was alternating with Don Black on the sax! We spotted him back in 2014 on the Pleasure Island Bypass Causeway as seen here. |

| Over at Pleasure Island's so-called Lilypad, this (unknown to me) band was performing. |

| Over on the West Side at House of Blues, Sunday night used to mean Service Industry Night and packed crowds. This past Sunday it meant the "Slippery When Wet" tribute show. Why do they allow Bon Jovi tributes but not DJ shows? Because minimum wage Disney cast members don't have any money but presumably Bon Jovi fans do! |

| Another PI ultra-lounge original entertainer, Dominic Gaudious' stage has been relocated from under one of the High Line pieces to adjacent the window of the West Side Starbucks. Other nightly entertainment options in Disney Springs include Bongo's, Paradiso 37, Raglan Road, The Boathouse & Margarita Bar. |

| Checking out Disney Springs entertainment on a Sunday night, looking for DJ's! Found one at Exposition Park, Disney Springs West Side! |

| No adults dancing; just kids and teens. |
 |
| Opening soon, STK steakhouse on the Island is rumored to be having a DJ-driven ultralounge concept late at night based on what they do at their other locations. We'll see. |

| Found DJ Scott King (USA) at the Water Fountain Stage, Disney Springs Marketplace. |

Club Report: Club Space (Miami)

| One can't visit Miami without also visiting it's most famous dance venue, Club Space! |

| Opening to a long line just after at 11PM, everyone is herded inside where DJ Luccio (USA) was starting off the main room's theme of Trance. |
 |
| The room quickly filled and got jammed! |
 |
| His brilliant set was mostly non-vocal Trance. |
 |
| We last saw Luccio in August when he opened for Markus Schulz (D) at Gilt Nightclub. |
 |
| Taking over at 12:30AM, DJ duo Kyau & Albert (D). |
 |
| Mixing both vocal & non-vocal Trance in their set! |
 |
| And the dance floor became close to non-passable! |
 |
| Kyau & Albert are from eastern Germany! |
 |
| They were lively and got the crowd bouncing! |
 |
| When not checking their Facebook, people were actually dancing! |
 |
| Big thanks to new friend Muhammad for the pic! |
 |
| DJ Paul van Dyk (D) was supposed to play last night but he had to cancel following an accident on stage in Utrecht. But his replacements were incredible! |
 |
| Upstairs in the Terrace of Club Space, arrived to find DJ duo Eli & Fur (GB)! |
 |
| This was a great surprise because I never saw a listing that they were appearing! |
 |
| Trance downstairs, House music upstairs! |
 |
| Upstairs is twice as large as the "mainroom" and it was getting packed too! |
 |
| They had renovated the place since my last visit in 2012 to see DJ Laidback Luke (NL). |
 |
| House music all night long; Erick Morillo (USA) would be coming on later! |
 |
| But last night was all about Trance for me so it was back downstairs just in time to see DJ duo Aly & Fila (ET) take over at 2AM! |
 |
| His masterful set got the crowd into a Trance! |
 |
| Dance floor downstairs was still wall-to-wall! |
 |
Aly doesn't travel due to an ear condition so when you go see Aly & Fila show, you hear their joint productions but only Fila actually appears! |

| Another amazing weekend in Miami! A good time was had by all! |
