| Today we're going to take a quick look at the few empty spaces in Disney Springs. There aren't any (currently) on Pleasure Island so let's cross this bridge one more time, in the opposite direction, to the West Side. |

| The Bongos complex is now vacated with Chicago-based Beatrix coming. It's going to be a place for vegetarian and gluten-free fare. Before it can open, its going to need a massive renovation. |

| Unlike many of the Pleasure Island clubs when they closed, they wasted no time removing the Bongos sign! |

| Curl by Sammy Duval closed last month. I've not heard of what's replacing it. |

| Also on the West Side, the CityWorks restaurant is new construction within the NBA Experience building and is to open Winter, 2019. I'm skeptical it can make it on time. |

| Circling around to the Town Center section of Disney Springs, the Trophy Room spot is also still vacant. |

| Finally, we have a branch of Ron Jon Surf Shop coming into this spot adjacent the entrance to the Lime Garage. Really very few vacancies overall in Disney Springs although there are several business that I rarely see customers inside. You got to wonder how they're paying the rent. |
