| Taking a look at Bongos Cuban Cafe as it is converted to Beatrix. This is the east side of the building. It still has the Bongos look. |

| The view of the west side of the building shows a much more extensive tear-out. We're told the entire structure is coming down but they sure are taking their time with it. |
