PI Update: What's New On The Island?

It's Halloween time at Disney Springs!  Did not notice any Halloween displays during my Sunday night visit but they were playing some of those classic Disney Halloween tunes on the speakers.
As we've previously reported, Apex by Sunglass Hut International is being replaced by an Oakley store. It's really just a name change because the owner Luxottica owns both brands along with Lenscrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, Target Optical, Ray-Ban and more!
At the Hub, progress continues to be made on Wine Bar George. We expect the "Opening 2017" sign to be replaced soon with a later date. We'll be watching.
Terralina is replacing Portobello Country Italian Trattoria. We're not sure yet how its menu will differ from Mario & Enzo, the new Italian restaurant currently under construction at the other end of the Island.
Swings & Things has opened in the hut that formerly housed Savannah Bee Company. If it turns out that The Edison does not have any DJ's, this could be the only swinging joint on Pleasure Island!
Meanwhile over at Erwin Pearl Jewelry, no customers were spotted.

How long before the shopping mall concept catches up to the rest of the world and falls flat?
