| Along the hill that is Hill Street, this vacant spot previously occupied by Sanuk shoes already has a new tenant. OluKai, basically another shoe store but with more of an outdoorsy vibe, will be opening soon in this space. The space only became available this past August so this was a quick turnaround. The company has numerous locations in Hawaii, two in California and now this new one here in Florida. |

| Immediately adjacent but a bit higher on the hill is this spot previously the home to Art of Shaving. No indication it's been leased to anyone as of yet. It closed in early 2024 so it's been vacant around 10 months. |
