Club Report: Firestone Live

It was the Florida Old School Reunion last night at Firestone Live, a recreation of the late 80's/early 90's House scene at various clubs around the state!
I just caught the tail-end of the old school set from DJ Fusion (Edge-Orlando).
DJ Chang (Simons-Gainesville) was up next recreating what he used to spin back in the day at that famous dance club in Gatorland.
Great old school set from DJ Knightlife (Blue Room-Orlando).  During his midnight set the crowd went.....
.....from spartan.....
.....to pretty decent!
Firestone is a large venue.  Once a brave few got on the dance floor others followed.
Dancing was happening back stage too!
Finally around 1am, headliner George Acosta (USA) (Shadow Lounge-Miami) came on. I last saw him play at Electric Sunfest in Jacksonville over Labor Day weekend!

His first hour was all old school House as well.
Lots of people on the dance floor but still plenty of space.

MC Headius Maximus (Future Sound of Breaks) enticing the crowd!

Sarah of the Rollins Girls hanging with (or more accurately, hanging on) George Acosta!
Skinny jeans rule!
After the first hour Acosta switched into an awesome current music Progressive House set!

And he ran with that until closing around 3am!
Spotted: A group from Mannequins!
Spotted: A group from Suite B Lounge, Mannequins and Independent Bar.
Chilling in VIP.
You can never go wrong with Go Go girls!
And a good time was had by all!
