Mannequins Memories
Much of this past Saturday night's euphoria came from the nostalgia. The nostalgia of being on a dance floor that was jammed, that moved, that was surrounded by crowds of on-lookers. If you ever rode the revolving floor at Mannequins, you know that feeling of watching while being watched. There was also the euphoria of hearing so many Mannequins dance hits. People around me were probably tired of me yelling out "That's a Mannequins song, as I'm known to do at other clubs too!" Parts of the song above were played by both DJ Icey and I think DJ Mondo at Amphitheatre. It was a song played by DJ Peapod on Mannequins final night. Truly a Trance classic; Agnelli & Nelson's Everyday. (Also called Everytime I See Your Face) Enjoy!
I would have been the same Bob! oh listen A MANNEQUINS SONG!!! LOL

ReplyDeleteI always say when i hear a certain song, this is a FOG song! (when the fog would go crazy and you couldn't see your hand in front of you) and i can always point out where the fog was!
ReplyDeletein the early days there where confetti songs!
ReplyDeletethat is when you knew they would shoot off the confetti at a point in the song!
