| 8TRAX offered hope to a brighter future that never came to be. |

| Club Motion looked like it was ready to be demolished. And indeed it was. |

| And peeking through the glare of Mannequins upstairs door, one could see a hanging mannequin. That gave us hope, in 2010, that its former glory could and would be restored. It wasn't. Long live Pleasure Island. |
