PI Update: New RR Bar Is A Winner

The new outside bar at Raglan Road seems to be really popular. There was always an outside bar but it was set back from the walkway across from Mannequins. Following recent renovations, this new bar is not only directly along that walkway instead of set back but it's also the first bar pedestrians come to when crossing the No. 2 Bridge. This bar seems to be a winner.
