| Ten years ago this month, the "high line" was under construction in Downtown Disney West Side with a promise of a seating area on top of it to enjoy a drink with a view. The high line did get built but the seating area, to be connected with the ground via stairs and elevator, never came to be. No explanation was announced to our knowledge. |
