| At The Edison, the sign still says they're opening in Spring, 2017. I'm skeptical. Spring begins in less than 3 weeks and then lasts until mid-June. But it just seems unlikely that they can get the complex dried-in so that most of the interior work can begin, followed by hiring and training, and then open before Summer hits. |

| Over in the Town Center, Polite Pig is also supposed to open in Spring and this seems very easy to accomplish. Featuring wood-fired smoked and grilled food, this could be a very popular dining option although I wonder what this means for The Smokehouse at House of Blues. |
