  1. Maybe they need some night clubs at the outlet mall to bring some people in.

Well, they are likely banking on the spring breakers and the summer crowds to pour in to the new Disney Springs. My completely uneducated guess is that there will be a lot of signage changes happening in that area over the next few years. And, a few empty parcels here and there.

  3. My guess is disney is going to be doing a lot of "Free Rent" just to keep those stores around.

  4. Closing Pleasure Island has been a disaster for Disney whether they admit it or not. All that lost revenue over the years as clubs sat empty. Nightlife has to because part of a successful downtown Disney.

  5. Disney, Free Rent? Nope, not gonna happen. Nothing with Disney is free.

  6. Somehow my entire article did not load. There was a picture of the gluten-free bakery store also with no one in it. There was also a picture of the Chapel Hats store which was jammed. I made the comment that the hat store appears to be a hit.

As for free rent, I don't know. But I have to think that Paradiso 37 got some pretty sweet rent deals these past few years with all that it's had to contend with.
