The Flag Counter on the far right displays the number of first time visitors to the Blog. Many of you are repeat visitors and it does not count those. Elsewhere though Blogger counts total visits including those from other countries. I noticed that this past week the count went over 800,000! In fact, as I type this, the count reads: 806,821
Whether you count first time visitors or total hits, it amazes me that so many people care about Pleasure Island enough to be seeking out information about it. I'd be pretty wealthy now if each hit meant a dollar but ever since the PI closure was announced, this has been totally non-commercial in nature. It's all about the PI news and rumors and in the alternative, supporting the local DJ scene. Thank you so much for being a part of this amazing ride!

ReplyDeleteThat should make Disney reconsider at least reopening Mannequins Dance Palace.
ReplyDeletePer the permit filed with Orange County, Mannequins is becoming a restaurant. The only hope is if the restaurant has some type of nightclub element later at night.
