The weekend has arrived so it was time to wander around a bit with my mind on my money and my money on my mind. First stop Suite B Lounge where there's always EDM going on! |
DJ OAM was in the booth playing Progressive House music. |
It was actually more crowded than this picture would have you believe, but overall not that many. |
The music was good but I only stayed for one drink. |
Next stop was SkySixty over on Orange Avenue. It's located on the rooftop above The Social and Bar-B-Q Bar. |
Resident DJ Cliff T was on the controls! |
The dance floor was crowded here! |
Although not as crowded as I've seen in here at times. |
All EDM up here too.....Dance/House! |
Bust-a-move! |
Spotted hanging out in the booth: CJ & DJ |
Lasers! |
Through a hole in the floor, another dance club was spotted! |
Heading down the stairs to Eye Spy! |
DJ Parry blowing the club up with another continuous Dance set! |
And this place was packed wall-to-wall! |
No cover, good drink prices and great music is the draw here! |
Major lasers here too! |
Much of the club is open-air; late night rain is pretty rare in Orlando during the summer so it's perfect! |
Happy patrons! |
And a good time was had by all! |
interesting choice of equipment in a couple of those places. gear this is sub-par but still works. guess they don't want to go get the real stuff...
ReplyDeleteThe equipment at Eye Spy seems pretty ancient.
ReplyDeleteyeah I saw Pioneer CDJ-400s in there and a small 2 channel mixer.
ReplyDeleteThe standard these days should at least be a Pioneer DJM 900 and 2 of the Nexus 2000 CDJs.
Granted that setup is about $5,000+ but it's worth it.
