It's difficult to take a picture of something that's not there so the fact this picture was taken at night really doesn't matter. Fuego by Sosa Cigars is simply not there anymore! It closed the night of September 30th and within a few days Disney issued a Notice of Commencement for the demolition of the building. And now it's gone!
More aerial views please! Say, do you ever make it over to ADH anymore? I know it's snoozeville but there was a pretty good crowd when I was there back in June.
ReplyDeleteA couple of weeks ago, I tried to find a parking space to the rear of the Hess gas station, but it was full and Disney parking attendants blocked the entrance. I also tried get through the security guard station to the other parking lots but the security guard said that all the parking spaces were reserved for hotel guests due to the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. This was around 6:30 pm on a Friday evening. So, I'm guessing that ADH, the Atlantic Dance Hall, is probably hopping these days with a spill over of festive Epcot visitors. This Epcot annual event ends Nov 11th. By the way, Epcot has a rear entrance just a little ways pass the Disney Boardwalk ESPN club (it's one way of avoiding the $15 parking fee)
ReplyDeleteJeff, I've not been to ADH in a few months and I know I'm overdue. Ditto CityWalk.
ReplyDeleteKen, I've never seen Food & Wine drive any kind of attendance over to ADH. And if one can't get a parking space that could create an access issue too. Parking may open up after 10pm of course as F&W winds down and ADH is just opening.
Not exactly ADH, but Halloween party at Jelly Rolls tonight--was debating a visit. Really, if there's one night beside NYE a club in Orlando should be able to pull a crowd, it's Halloween night.
ReplyDeleteHoping everyone from Fuego lands on their feet. Very friendly, professional staff.
