Sorry Bob. The wings at HOB are soon to be replaced with the new and exciting Soy Nugget. Part of ongoing enhancements at the DTD area......

Yes, there was a McDonald's in Downtown Disney until April, 2010. I don't recall exactly when Orlando-area McDonald's sold buffalo wings but I'd guess late 90's. They weren't very good.
