Club Reports: West End Ultra Lounge, Planet Hollywood, Atlantic Dance Hall

OK, no real partying on a Wednesday night; just passing by beautiful Pleasure Island on a balmy summer evening. Downtown Disney packed this evening as it should be in the middle of the summer. Over in the West End Ultra Lounge (formerly Celebration Plaza), the band Nova Era/Nova Pop was performing mostly Old School in front of a moderate-sized crowd.

But who said there's no dancing on Pleasure Island?

Mannequins foyer was well-lit; always a positive sign. Elevator still turned off though.

Over at Planet Hollywood, DJ Tony Z (Atlantic Dance Hall) was spinning Justin Bieber's greatest hits along with other requests from the packed venue!

Meanwhile over at Atlantic Dance Hall a very fine looking DJ Talie (Motion, PI Live, Celebrate Tonight, Stitch's Club 626 Dance Party, Planet Hollywood) was spinning Top 40 to a very small Wednesday crowd. But she played Armin Van Buuren and Swedish House Mafia back-to-back. I told her I was going to turn her into a Mannequins DJ yet!
