Mystery DJ - Who Is This Guy?

Well it's not really a mystery. He knows who he is. When I was leaving EPCOT on New Years Eve this DJ was playing Top 40 over near Innoventions in Future World. I've seen him before but just can't place him. Surely some of you Disneyphiles or Disney employees can tell me who he is???
