Work is imminent on the Pleasure Island #1 bridge. That's the bridge over near T-Rex Cafe from Marketplace to PI. As reported here on the Blog, a Construction Permit was issued by Orange County for work on this bridge. We don't know what is coming but there are now debris barriers installed on both sides of the bridge.
The bridge wasn't family friendly so the are going to close it and tear it down.
