CLICK ON PHOTOS TO ENLARGE Nothing to report today so I thought I'd publish some photos of the REARS of some of the old clubs. These are the views you don't normally see and in many cases show the huge sizes of the buildings. 1. Motion 2. Paradiso 37 3. Comedy Warehouse 4. BET Soundstage 5. Adventurers Club 6. Rock'n'roll Beach Club. Not pictured: Mannequins/8TRAX
One cannot deny the fact how beautiful these buildings really do look from the outside. It would be nice if future P.I. plans could include the exisiting facilities.
OK KingBOB, I got good news that will bring happyness hopefully to you and people who read this, Hopefully A Rumor that one of the PI clubs may return with a different name and a little different theme. I need your email address to send you more info so you may broadcast if you choose.
it will never be the same! even if.... at this point I think the old PI people (most) will NOT return. I will NOT spend any more money at Disney myself thank you very musch
Readers: What ClubMaster has sent me has to do with an interactive comedy club that may be similar to what Adventurers Club used to offer. I'll publish the information this evening. Thank you ClubMaster.
Sure, I understand the economy took a nosedive, and that messed up some framework of plans they had, but WHY would you close the place without first signing some contracts committing 3rd parties to operate something there?? They should have locked Landry's into operating their stupid themed, cloned restaurants first, THEN closed the place.
The Execs who made the BAD decisions will never admit it and re-open the clubs because their egos are too big. It's just another pissing contest.
I've been told that the contract on the Motion building sold so quickly that Disney thought they could do equally as good and quick with the others. Then the economy nosedived and apparently there was enough of an escape clause in the Motion contract that whoever had it pulled out and then the others just never happened. So here we are today with no contracts on anything. So I've been told.
