Club Reports: Elixir Bar, Studio 27, Bullitt Bar, The Beacham, Independent Bar

We began Saturday night at Elixir Bar.
Out on their famous dance patio we found DJ Benny Black (USA) in the booth playing a great House set.
By Florida standards, just too cold for people to hang-outside though following Saturday morning's cold front passing through.
The bar inside was pretty crowded but not outside.
Studio 27 is a new venue on Church Street that has replaced Native Social Bar.
DJ Blaze (USA) was in the booth located in the raised area on the main level.
The main dancing area from when this was Native is still here. Prior pic here.
The music during my visit was Hip Hop.
DJ Blaze actually remembered me taking his picture years ago at a club over on Pine Street. I checked the Blog archives and wow, it was back in 2011 at Zen Exotic Lounge here!
The place has potential!
It's been awhile since we dropped by Bullitt Bar.
DJ Chino (USA) in the booth located aft in the club.
The music was primarily Hip Hop and he had the place packed!
It's more of a mingling and chit-chat club than a dancing club.
DJ Chino is the Friday night resident DJ at The Groove at Universal CityWalk.
Bullitt Bar is themed from the 1968 film with the same name.
First visit to The Beacham since the AAHZ Reunion last November.
The place was still a bit spartan when I first arrived.
But on Friday and Saturday nights the place fills fast!
For MC Brittany and DJ Richie Rich (USA).
The music Hip Hop and R&B.
It was hard to move about the place!
You know by now if it's at all possible on a Saturday night, I'm going to visit I-Bar.
Just as it should be on a Saturday night, DJ Indie John (USA) in the booth.
The Saturday night format is 80's New Wave!
And it always draws a good crowd!
Spotted on the dance floor: Karen from Mannequins!
It's the music everyone knows the words to!
A good time was had by all.
