| The last time we checked on Disney Springs' third garage it was still just a plot of dirt. Not so now. Using prefabricated concrete construction, upward progress has been very quick! |

| Located across Buena Vista Drive from Disney Springs itself, it occupies the narrow space between BVD and I-4 and is just to the east of the Speedway gas station. It will generally serve cast members who work at all those stores and restaurants in Disney Springs yet will likely meet overflow needs at peak times for guests too. Like the other garages, it has 5 levels. |

| We've still not heard any rumors of the name of this garage. The two existing garages are named after citrus fruits Orange and Lime and while two existing surface lots use citrus fruits Lemon and Grapefruit. So we're banking on Kumquat Garage although Tangerine Garage has good odds! |
