| The website WDWMagic is reporting that this section of The Edison complex is where the previously-reported Italian restaurant is to be located. To be called "Mario and Enzo", it's a restaurant that occupies a former airline terminal! |

| It will be connected to an underground "rum-running tunnel" which is the section beneath West End Plaza that had previously been reported to be named "Neverland Tunnels". Apparently theming changed to 1930's era Italian Mafia. No update on the performance arena. The opening is still said to be "Late 2017" which means within 2.5 months. |

KingBob, Spring 2017, hmmmm. I can remember other areas in DS having generic opening dates (like Spring 2017) but I don't recall if they always hit the mark. In your experience of covering DS, is Disney good at sticking to the generic dates or do they usually get extended. I'm asking because opening in 2.5 months seems a stretch.
I still don't know how you fit Italian mafia and rum running tunnels in a old airport hanger inside the story line for Disney Springs.
They are both in business to take your money. Lol!
