Club Reports: Ferg's Depot, Peek Downtown, Independent Bar, The Other Bar, Shots Orlando, Bar B

You're going to need to excuse me today for using the word "amazing" so many times in this article. But that's the kind of night it was last night in downtown Orlando beginning here at Ferg's Depot.
Built in an 1899 railroad depot for the South Florida Railroad and later Atlantic Coast Line, Ferg's Depot has a large amount of outdoor space with televisions for sports viewing.....
.....as well as two separate indoor sections, both with bars.
Did I mention a live band was playing Rock ballads outside!
I came here first to watch the end of the Gators game. And if you saw the outcome, you know the game was simply amazing!
And there's a SunRail station here too!
Now over to Peek Downtown.
DJ's Marcio Pantosa, Lauro & Andre Bekerman were on the dance card but I don't know these guys.
The music was Psytrance and the early crowd hadn't yet arrived.
But things were slowly picking up as I departed. I guess I can't tell the difference between Uplifting Trance and Psytrance but whatever they were playing, it was pretty....amazing!
You know by now if it's at all possible on a Saturday night, I'm going to go by Independent Bar!
In the booth, DJ KC with Lighting Tech Ernie and Blog-favorite CJ.
The dance floor was absolutely packed!
The music early-to-mid 80's New Wave. Often when KC would put on a new song, cheers would erupt from the crowd!
Spotted on the dance floor: Former Pleasure Islanders Jeff & Karen.
Spotted against the wall looking amazing: Andrea
Spotted on the dance floor looking especially amazing: Angelique
Spotted in VIP: Tracy Lulu & Melisa
Spotted in the booth: DJ Rob & former Mannequins DJ Dave Cannalte
You know when pirates show up that it's a pretty amazing night!
It's been awhile since we dropped in on The Other Bar.
DJ Rincon on the decks playing Hip Hop.
The club was next to impassible!
People were dancing but you had to do it where you stood because there was no moving about!
Like everywhere downtown last night, the vibe was amazing!
Rincon is the Wednesday night resident DJ at The Groove in CityWalk.

Sister to Shots Miami, Shots Orlando has opened at the corner of Magnolia & Pine.
DJ Adam Wells was in the booth playing classic Hip Hop during my visit!
The venue has this large bar in the middle and a smaller bar near the door.
No one was really dancing so I think it's going to more of a place to chat with friends over a few cold drinks! But what they've done with this dumpy old room is pretty amazing!
Now over to Bar B for some House music!
DJ's D.R. Fly and High Frequency were tag-teaming in the booth.
Bar B is gaining a following and this was the most crowded I've seen the dance floor!
The bar was busy too!
Real House music had everyone bouncing!
DJ Castillo leading a bro-fest on the dance floor!
The music was.....amazing.....and a good time was had by all!
