what's the deal with the Tier pricing? some genius at the EDC left the explanation off the website...
Normally it means that as ticket sales surpass various thresholds or tiers, the price goes up. Alternatively, if ticket sales thresholds are not used, date thresholds are used with prices going up as the event date nears.
But the site starts out listing prices for 3 different tiers with no explanation..Not very smart in my opinion since the tickets haven't even gone on sale yet...
