It finally happened!  Save Pleasure Island Blog surpassed 1 Million Hits just a few moments ago! Operating since the 2008 announcement that Pleasure Island was going to close its comedy and dance clubs, the Blog has presented a carefully balanced mix of articles with news and rumors about what was going to replace our clubs along with articles about alternative dance club options for Pleasure Island fans.
Over the years Blog readers have come from all 50 states and from around the world.  Most readers are from the United States but the United Kingdom is second followed by Canada and Germany.  Of course most domestic readers are from Florida but California is number two! For Browsers, 37% of our readers view via Safari, 29% via Chrome, 19% via Firefox and 5% via Internet Explorer. The top 5 sources of viewers arrive via links from Google, Disboards, WDWMagic, Reddit and Facebook.
Thank you very much for your loyalty.  There are no advertisements on here; this is all done at personal expense to keep you informed about what is going on at Pleasure Island as well as to help support the dance scene!  We will carry on!

Congratulations!!!! Keep up the good work. It's very nice for those of us who can't be there every week to have the updates, photos and news.

Thanks for keeping this going! Although, I get down to Florida several times during the year, since I live in Delaware I can't get there as often as you. It's great to have someone updating the progress at Pleasure Island or the Landing or the Springs - whatever they're calling it these days. Your blog keeps me hanging on to great memories of good times on the Island and helps me to hold out hope for some nightlife in the future!
