PI Update: Earth Movement

Temps in the 80's, not a cloud in the sky!  Where else would you want to spend a day like that except on beautiful Pleasure Island!
Or even better, over Pleasure Island!  Looking down on (lower right to upper left) Soundstage Club, Adventurers Club, 8TRAX and Mannequins.  My pilot aboard this Aerophile aircraft told me he heard that all 4 of these club buildings are going to be demolished.
Zooming in beside 8TRAX to see a lot of earth movement taking place.  There's an old rumor that they plan to take out the hill that made the north side of Pleasure Island higher than the south side.
Perhaps that's really needed to be able to demolish the four former clubs since all of them relied on elevation differences for their lower and upper levels.
Close-up looking towards The Waterfront.
Slightly further west, the brick West End / Celebration Plaza is still on the upper level while the dirt and construction equipment is on the lower ground level.
Comedy Warehouse once stood here. Tomorrow we'll show you the latest construction from the east side of the Island and beyond with more exclusive Pleasure Island Blog "Eye In The Sky" photos.

My money is on that hill coming out - at least for the most part. I wouldn't be surprised that if that base of CW becomes part of what will eventually be there. They seem to be taking pretty good care of it compared to the dirt flying around it. But, I'm not an expert, just a guesser. Nice photos!!!

Well if all the clubs are going to be demolished then getting rid of the hill will make for a nice flat place for the shops and restaurants down at water level.

I like the idea "hill will make for a nice flat place for the shops and restaurants down at water level." It is very interesting.
