Club Reports: Retro Room, Loft55, Don Jefe's, Suite B Lounge

A beautiful Saturday night in O-Town and starting things off at Retro Room!
DJ Pete Haynes (8TRAX, Motion, Pat O'Brien's) in the control tower spinning 70's, 80's & 90's music as they're known to do at Retro Room!
Early crowd was watching NBA & NHL playoffs rather than dancing though.
Spotted: Mannequins & 8TRAX peeps!
Retro Room is expanding and that wall to the right is coming down this week!  Ultimately they're going to build a new stage for live bands and possibly relocate the booth and dance floor.  Retro Room is located in Four Corners on US 192 near Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Checking out Loft55 downtown which as been running hot and cold on weekend nights.
DJ Mario Peters (Prive', Tomorrowland) on the decks spinning House music.

Just a small crowd on hand around midnight.  Last visit in March you couldn't hardly move around!
But look for a grand reopening of sorts in two weeks and we'll provide more details once we have them.
First visit to Don Jefe's, newly opened in the space where club Antigua used to be located.  It's another one of those places downtown that serves as both a restaurant and club.
With DJ A-Rock (Tier Nightclub, Vintage Lounge) playing Top 40/Dance.
The place was pretty full but no one was dancing.
Except the Go Go girls.  You can never go wrong with Go Go girls!
Towards the rear, memories of Antigua.
Over to favorite Suite B Lounge.
DJ Larry Banks was on the controls playing House and Progressive House.
A very late party place, people were just beginning to filter in around 1am.
Spotted: Legendary DJ Dave Cannalte (Mannequins, AAHZ, Promo Only) enjoying the music.  Don't forget the final ever AAHZ Reunion takes place in just one month at The Beacham.  Tickets here.  This is a do not miss event featuring not only Cannalte but also Kimball Collins and Steve Fortier.
A few dancers on the floor.
Drinking PBR with a straw....awesome!  A good time was had by all!

One comment and one question for KingBob.

No pity for Loft since they forced Mickey out of there on Sat Nights.

The question is what music was he playing in Don Jefe's? If you have a room of people and no one's dancing...hmm?

1) Not sure what the story is with DJ Mickey Bono at Loft55 and Syn.

2) A-Rock was playing Top 40/Dance. (EDM)
