Club Reports: Taverna Opa, B.B. Kings, The Groove, Red Coconut Club

A visit to the tourist zone and Pointe Orlando, home now to mostly restaurants and clubs.  Stopping at Taverna Opa, the Greek-themed restaurant and bar.
DJ Alex at the controls spinning Greek and what sounded like Greek Hip Hop!
While you dine, a Greek floor show takes place throughout the venue.
Table dancing!
The club has no dance floor.
But it doesn't need one when every table becomes a dance floor!
It's easier to get up when you've put down a few shots of ouzo!
Of course flying napkins are a must when you're dancing on tables!
And a good time was had by all!
Quick stop next door for B.B. Kings Blues Club.
The B.B. Kings All-Star Band was performing but otherwise not a lot going on in the place.  But it was fairly early during my visit.
Next stop The Groove at CityWalk.
DJ ET (WJHM 102JAMZ) on the boards spinning mostly Top 40, Hip Hop and 90's.
The place was close to dead when I came in but within an hour it got full.
The dance floor stayed fairly full.
You can never go wrong with Go Go girls!
And it's even better with two!
Spotted: DJ King (The Groove, Rock'n'Roll Beach Club) with friends.
DJ ET was playing from the main stage, not from the regular booth.
An overview of the stage and dance floor.
Last stop Red Coconut Club.
As always, the Herb Williams Band ft. Herb Williams.  But I wasn't really looking at him!
Female vocalist Lorraine often sings while wandering around the club!
RCC never got crowded, but a good time was had by all!
